Functional Nano-carriers for Gene Silencing and MRI/Echography Imaging

This project aims at developing a vast range of multifunctional biocompatible nano-materials, which will simultaneously enable both (i) cancer gene silencing using RNA interference technology, and (ii) MRI and/or echographic imaging for real-time in vivo diagnosis and monitoring of cancer diseases, related drug anti-cancer treatment and cure follow-up.
The type of cancer that we are looking for expertise in is lung and ovarian cancer.
